  • This exciting new role is aimed at leading the development, implementation and delivery of a mental health offer within the Hope Hub, a thriving community ministry led by Hope Church. Working as part of an existing ecosystem of practical, financial and pastoral support, this role will bring expertise in the field of mental health and wellbeing, enhancing pathways and outcomes for our visitors and service users, and represent Hope Portsmouth within the existing mental health support network, contributing to the development of city wide responses to service user needs in the area of mental health and wellbeing.

    The role will be based primarily in the Hope Hub, Somerstown. The Hope Hub’s mission is to support vulnerable residents in the city to access good quality wrap-around support, addressing their practical, financial, pastoral and spiritual needs, through a combined approach co-located expert services, with the aim of reducing acute poverty and enabling vulnerable individuals and families to enable positive change in their lives whilst being integrated into an inclusive and connected community.
