Hope Internships
Our Internships
Our Church Internship Programme exists to equip and inspire developing leaders of any age and stage by combining spiritual formation, hands-on ministry, and leadership development. Interns will grow in their faith, discover and develop their gifts, and gain practical experience across a variety of church and community ministries. We aim to raise up courageous, compassionate, and skilled leaders who are grounded in Christ, passionate about serving others and empowered to make a lasting impact in the church, the community, and the world.
-
We’re looking for people aged 18 and over with a strong Christian faith and a heart to serve, who feel called towards ministry, leadership, or community impact. As an intern, you’ll join a supportive team and grow through hands-on ministry, leadership development, and discipleship. The commitment includes three Sundays per month, three weekdays (or around 24 hours per week across two placement days and one development day), and being part of a fortnightly Life Group as we grow together in faith and purpose.
-
The Hope Internship programme is free for all who enrolled. This is not a paid internship and will have no salary. Accommodation, travel and personal devices (i.e laptop/tablet) are not provided. You will receive mentorship, teachings, spiritual guidance and access to the church resources throughout the programme.
